Kynoch Lewis is a firm of Chartered Quantity surveyors who are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. The RICS is the only recognised regulatory body for surveyors and it is only those who have reached the highest possible standards of academic and professional competency who can be admitted.

In particular, the latest computer systems enable us to provide accurate early cost advice, and the Ripac quantity surveying system used within the office enables Bills of Quantities production to be processed rapidly and issued in electronic format (CITE or Excel) to the industry, allowing us to measure direct from electrinically prepared drawings if needed.
As a result of this, the practice has extensive experience in all sectors of the industry, with projects ranging from £30,000 right up to over £20 million.
