Kenneth Lewis (Partner):
Ken is a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has extensive experience in the field of construction consultancy. He operates in client liaison and is responsible for initial appraisals and budget costings, project contract implementation, cost control, final account management, life cycle costing, cost advice for lottery applications and settlement of contractors' claims. In addition to this he is also experienced in the procurement of public sector buildings and urban regeneration projects. Being a partner in the practice means that Ken has been closely involved in all aspects of the projects listed on the Projects page, providing the full range of employers agent, project management and quantity surveying services.
David Kynoch (Partner):
David is also a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and along with Ken also has vast experience in the field of quantity surveying. He is also involved in client liaison and is responsible for initial appraisals and budget costings, project implementation, cost control, final account management and settlement of contractors' claims. Similar to Ken, Dave is also an expert in the procurement of public sector buildings and urban regeneration projects. In particular, David, as a partner, has been closely involved in many design and build projects in the commercial sector, providing employers agents services, project management and quantity surveying services on industrial, commercial and publicly- funded projects.
